Prospect Architecture is a design-build firm located in Brooklyn, NY. The lead Architect is Jeremy Shannon. Prior to starting Prospect Architecture, Jeremy was a project architect for Robert A. M. Stern Architects. The head financial partner, Carla Shannon, has a background in design and urban and regional planning.

Prospect Architecture is committed to designing buildings that focus on sustainable and ecologically sound principles, which help improve not only the environment, but also our clients' health and yearly energy costs. We see no contradiction in maintaining and improving upon the look of old Brooklyn while applying the newest technology and ideas in ecological and sustainable buildings. Our firm's philosophy is to establish long-term clients through attention to detail, care and consideration of our clients' needs and preservation of the quality and character of New York's unique communities.
